Before uploading your gif video, you need to read these rules:

1. No 18+ GIFs
2. Request GIF that are least 16x16
3. If you request a GIF or vGIF that you didn't create but converted, give proper credits
4. If you have a gif bigger than 5 megabytes, upload it to a server that accepts GIFs bigger than 5 megabytes.
5. Don't request a gif that is just some picture.
6. vGIFs must be 10+ seconds or else it will be uploaded to the GIF section.
